We will work with you to find an agency that will. Our commitment is patient care and satisfaction. As well as partnership with other agencies to meet the needs of our community.
We understand that not one care plan fits all. For this reason we offer many services, to meet your needs. We will answer any questions regarding, what the care will look like as well as cost if any for each service we provide.
Home Health, Palliative and Hospice Care is covered by most insurance plans. If you need private pay care that is also available to you. We are here with available care when you need it most.
Companionship is key to a trusted relationship with our caregivers. We not only strive to help you with everyday tasks but want to develop a caring relationship with you. We provide one-on-one attention and care. Our staff helps care for you, or your loved one, so that you can focus on time together.

Hospice is specialized care that allows a patient and family to continue to make the decisions necessary when facing a life limiting illness. Hospice is the highest level of care outside of a hospital setting.
If you or a loved one has been told by a physician that Hospice is an option call us today. 254-727-4022 phone answered 24/7. Language line is available upon request.
We are so proud to share the news that our hospice is now CHAP certified. The hospice team has worked diligently, to provide care and compliance at the high level that CHAP requires. Please check back as our programs grow and evolve we will share the news.
Hospice always needs volunteers, if you or someone you know has time to spend in the office or with our patients please call and let us know.
All volunteers must:
be 18 years or older
be able to pass a drug screen
be able to pass background check
attend training
have availability for patients or work in the office. How can I help?
By reading, writing, letters or cards, making calls, teaching patient or caregiver how to use the latest technology, being an active listener.
If you hold a license such as massage therapy, hair dresser, counselor, etc.
Do you or someone you know have a certified pet? Pet therapy would be great for some of our patients.
